Aspen Medical Manufacturing
Aspen Medical Manufacturing produces quality masks in our state-of-the-art ISO9001-certified Brisbane facility, which commenced production in April 2020.
A trusted medical supplier, Aspen Medical led the way with the manufacture of 3-ply medical masks and P2/N95 masks during COVID-19 shortages.
Our business is 100% Australian-owned and operated. We strongly believe in sovereign capabilities, employing local manufacturing experts to create our masks using Australian-produced raw materials where possible.
All our products are ARTG registered and tested independently in Australian laboratories to ensure we maintain the Australian standards for assembly, materials, filtration, design and shelf life.
Our facility currently produces up to 4 million masks each year, with our designers working closely with our clinical team to ensure the final product meets the requirements of a medical mask.
The minimum quality order is carton lots (500 surgical masks or 240 P2 respirators).
