Aspen Medical has appointed the new General Manager of Uniteam Medical, its subsidiary based in the United Arab Emirates, from within the company ranks.

Newly-appointed General Manager of Uniteam Medical, Mr Sudeep Acharya, joined Aspen Medical in 2008 in the company's Canberra Head Office as an Accounts Payable Officer. Over the next several years, Sudeep worked his way up within the Finance team to become Group Accounting Manager.

In March 2016, Sudeep was seconded to Uniteam Medical as Acting Financial Director and consequently to the position of Finance Director and Company Secretary by 01 May 2016.  His appointment as General Manager came into effect on 24 October 2017.

Hailing from the foothills of the Himalayas in Nepal, Sudeep migrated to Australia in November 2008.

Sudeep is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants in UK, a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and Certified Internal Auditor from the Institute of Internal Auditors in USA.
