Our Whistleblowing Policy provides a safe and confidential way for anyone—employees, contractors or external stakeholders—to report serious concerns without fear of retaliation.

What can be reported?

You can report any misconduct or behaviour that may be:

  • Illegal, dishonest or unethical
  • A breach of Aspen Medical’s Code of Conduct or policies
  • A misuse of company resources or position
  • A risk to health, safety or the environment
  • Harassment, discrimination or other inappropriate conduct.

These are considered Reportable Conduct under our policy.

Who can report?

  • Aspen Medical team members (including temporary and contract staff)
  • Board members and affiliates
  • External stakeholders such as clients, suppliers or community members.

How to report

Reports can be made confidentially and directly to our Disclosure Receiver by:

You’ll be asked to provide enough information or evidence to support the report.

What happens next?

Your report will be de-identified where possible and reviewed by our Protected Disclosure Officer. Depending on the nature of the concern, we may:

  • Investigate the matter directly or via an independent investigator
  • Refer it to another officer or authority
  • Take appropriate action, including corrective measures.

Whistleblowers are kept informed about the progress and outcome of their disclosure, where appropriate.

Your protection

Aspen Medical will protect your identity as far as reasonably practicable and in line with legal obligations. You will not be penalised or disadvantaged for reporting genuine concerns made in good faith. We do not tolerate threats, retaliation or detrimental treatment of whistleblowers.

Oversight and accountability

All disclosures are managed with confidentiality and procedural fairness. Reports are escalated to our CEO or Board when required, and our Annual Report includes a summary of activity under this policy (without identifying individuals).
