Sian Keys
As Chair of the Aspen Medical Foundation, Sian draws on her experience in inclusion and community engagement to shape the Foundation’s strategy. She is committed to strengthening the Foundation’s reach across its core pillars, with a particular interest in expanding education pathways into healthcare.
Her career spans government, private and not-for-profit sectors, focusing on informal STEM education and programs that improve access for women and people with disability. In her current role as Corporate Project Manager at Aspen Medical, Sian works across several departments to deliver strategic initiatives, driving the organisation towards greater alignment between strategy, operations and social purpose.
Earlier in her career, Sian developed science programs for young adults with disability, work that earned her the 2017 Chief Minister’s Inclusion Award for Excellence in Volunteer Support. She was also a finalist for the 2018 ACT Young Australian of the Year and served on the ACT Ministerial Advisory Council for Women from 2019 to 2023.
