Our Global Responsible Sourcing Policy outlines the standards we expect of all suppliers, subcontractors and partners who work with or on behalf of us.
We expect our suppliers to:
- Uphold human rights and workplace safety
- Prevent modern slavery, forced or child labour and human trafficking
- Promote diversity, inclusion and fair treatment
- Meet environmental responsibilities and reduce negative impacts
- Comply with relevant laws and international standards
We give preference to partners who share our values and demonstrate ethical, sustainable practices, aligned with the United Nations Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights.
Aspen Medical actively monitors supplier compliance through audits, engagement and our Supplier Code of Conduct. We expect suppliers to take swift action if risks or breaches are identified.
We also encourage open communication. Any supplier, agent or stakeholder can raise concerns safely via our whistleblower channels, without fear of retaliation.
