Glenn Keys is a founding Board Member of the Aspen Medical Foundation. Alongside Amelda Keys, he established the Foundation in 2008 to formalise Aspen Medical’s long-standing commitment to giving back to the communities where it operates.

Glenn has played a central role in shaping the Foundation’s purpose and strategy, with a focus on supporting grassroots programs that build long-term health and social impact. His passion for inclusion and equity continues to guide the Foundation’s investment in First Nations health, disability health and community-led initiatives across Australia and the Indo-Pacific.

In addition to his work with the Foundation, Glenn is the founder of Project Independence, Australia’s only homeownership program for people with an intellectual disability. He also serves on several national boards, including Invictus Australia, Invictus Games Foundation (IGF), the Australian War Memorial, Asialink Business and the Australia-ASEAN Council.

Glenn brings decades of leadership experience, a deep belief in community-led solutions and a strong commitment to impact. As a Board Member, he continues to drive the Foundation’s long-term vision and ensure its work reaches the people and places that need it most.
