Vita Nova, Latin for ‘new life’, is Aspen Medical’s professional network for veterans and team members with a veteran spouse or parent. It reflects our commitment to creating a workplace where service is recognised, and the transition to civilian work is supported with structure and respect.  

The network provides opportunities for professional growth, mentoring and leadership development. It fosters peer connection across projects and locations and creates space for shared learning through events, collaboration and lived experience. Vita Nova also plays an advocacy role within the business, raising awareness of military service and promoting inclusive, veteran-aware practices.
