Andrew is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in operations and program management both in Australia and overseas. He led Aspen Medical’s response to COVID-19 through the delivery of national virtual health and vaccination services.

Andrew had a proud military career, including command of a multinational group in Iraq and operational experience working in Central Europe, the Pacific, Asia and the Middle East.
