Amelda Keys GAICD
Amelda (Mel) Keys is a co-owner of Aspen Medical and a founding Board Member of the Aspen Medical Foundation. She played a key role in establishing the Foundation in 2008, helping formalise Aspen Medical’s long-term commitment to giving back to the communities in which it operates.
Mel is a qualified social worker and has dedicated her career to roles across the child and family, health, disability and community sectors. She also holds qualifications in business, pastoral care and mothercraft nursing, and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
With a deep belief in community-led change, Mel has supported a wide range of not-for-profit organisations over many years. Her focus has been on improving outcomes in disability, First Nations health, housing and food security. As a Board Member, she continues to shape the Foundation’s priorities by championing grassroots initiatives and strengthening partnerships that support health equity in the communities the Foundation serves.
