Bruce was appointed Group Chief Executive Officer of Aspen Medical in 2015 after serving as Chief of Staff and then Chief Operating Officer for two years.

Prior to joining Aspen Medical, Bruce had a proud history of military service in Australia and the UK. Upon leaving the Australian Defence Force, Bruce held a variety of senior executive-level roles, including in a global enterprise software company, a private equity-owned national building service company, and a publicly listed company in the automotive industry. In his various roles, Bruce has refined and executed wide-ranging structural changes, including mergers and acquisitions and the development and implementation of successful succession planning. Building a winning culture is a hallmark of Bruce’s stewardship.

Bruce is a board director on national and international boards, including Aspen Medical subsidiaries boards leading on Public Private Partnership agreements. He is also a Board Director and Treasurer for Lifeline (Canberra and Melbourne).

Bruce was appointed a Fellow of the International Centre for Complex Project Management (ICCPM) for his project management expertise and proven track record of working in complex environments. He is also a member of the Advisory Board for the University of New South Wales, Canberra Business School, and a member of theAmerican Chamber of Commerce (AmCham) Council of Governors.

Craig is an accomplished business executive with extensive experience in project planning, development, implementation, and financial management in Australia and overseas. He has proven business acumen in national and international negotiated contracts.

Twenty years in the Australian Department of Defence has provided Craig with deep expertise and understanding in operations and management. He has successfully delivered on projects requiring skills and expertise for end-to-end health service delivery, infrastructure, and management of diverse resources across various service lines.

Starting as an in-country manager in the Solomon Islands, Craig’s leadership and in-depth knowledge of effective and efficient operations have seen him advance through various significant roles across the organisation.  

Passionate about making a difference in society, Craig has held several not-for-profit board appointments and is a business mentor to numerous social enterprises across Australia and Internationally. He has also been the Chief Executive Officer at Aspen Medical Foundation for the last 15 years.  

Craig is an Australian Institute of Company Directors graduate with a Master of Management from the University of Canberra.

Dr Sanders is renowned for her expertise in strategic healthcare management, particularly in challenging and dynamic environments. With leadership and experience spanning the military, law enforcement, emergency services, government and private sectors, Dr Sanders possesses a unique skill set that empowers her to champion medical excellence and drive quality enhancements in healthcare on a global scale.

Highly regarded for her skills and knowledge in the governance and management of health operations, Dr Sanders is the recipient of the Australia Day Achievement Medallion 2019 and 2021.

Holding a Master of Public Health, Dr Sanders is a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners and the Security and Health Executive Leadership Institute. She is also a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and holds several national and international board appointments. As a healthcare leader, she has authored many healthcare-related papers and is a prominent speaker nationally and internationally.

Matt is a seasoned executive with extensive operational experience in managing complex health services around the globe and is passionate about developing solutions to improve the lives of others, particularly those in remote or under-resourced regions.

He leads the design, communication, and implementation of Aspen Medical’s corporate strategy, ensuring it aligns with corporate governance and its values. Matt also oversees the end-to-end healthcare infrastructure and innovative healthcare solutions business across the Asia-Pacific region, including Fiji, Papua New Guinea and Indonesia.

A strong advocate for shared values and a belief that for-profit companies can have a positive social impact on the communities and the environments in which they operate, Matt is a practised Company Director with many years of experience supporting boards within Australia and abroad.

Matt is studying for a Master of Business Administration and has a Bachelor of Science in Nursing with a Graduate Certificate in Critical Care Nursing. He has also completed the Australian Institute of Company Directors course.

John is a skilled leader, passionate about empowering teams and developing emerging talent. His diverse professional background spans from large corporations to government bodies, equipping him with the ability to tackle significant challenges by fostering connections between people, solutions, and partnerships.

With a potent grasp of business development and a talent for strategic planning, John has cultivated valuable relationships between Aspen Medical and its clients across various sectors. Before joining Aspen Medical, John led teams in a variety of service-based companies, always striving to deliver exceptional service to his customers.

John holds a Bachelor of Accounting from the University of Technology Sydney and an Executive MBA from Melbourne Business School. He actively participates in the American Chamber of Commerce (AmCham) health committee and is a graduate member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Sanja is an experienced and accomplished information and communication technologies (ICT) executive with large-scale experience in cyber security, digital compliance, and technology and innovation management.

She has exceptional skills in aligning technology and innovation with business goals, enabling her to deliver expert digital transformation programs, including systems implementation in various disciplines, service delivery reform, and managing contracts and suppliers.

Through her unique blend of business acumen, global stakeholder management, and integrated solutions development expertise, Sanja has built innovative and robust cybersecurity frameworks for the Australian health sector. Guided by her expert management, she recently led Aspen Medical through an Infosec Registered Assessors Program (IRAP) assessment and successful ISO 27001 certification.

Sanja has a Bachelor and Master of Commerce and has held multiple leadership roles, including several board memberships, throughout her career.

Maricel is a successful human resource leader with over 20 years of national and international experience across numerous sectors, including health, oil and gas, aviation, retail and non-profit. She is passionate about driving initiatives that create and maintain an inclusive and diverse workplace and developing a high-performing team environment.

As Chief People Officer, she leads the design and implementation of Aspen Medical's people strategies and initiatives throughout the company. Demonstrating her commitment to the community, Maricel volunteers with several not-for-profit organisations and is currently a member of the Disability Advisory Group, Canberra Business Chamber.

Maricel has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, a Master of Strategic Human Resource Management, and is a member of the Australian Company of Directors.

Moazam is a multi-award-winning finance professional with international recognition for his achievements in the corporate world. With over 20 years of experience, Moazam has led businesses through recovery, digital transformation, and mergers and acquisitions.

Prior to joining Aspen Medical, he was CFO at several business conglomerates in the industrial manufacturing, contracting, and trading sectors, where he steered them through restructuring and implemented efficient and innovative cost structures.

Moazam is a Board Member at one of Aspen Medical’s affiliated entities and chairs multiple finance, audit and risk committees within the group. He is also an active public speaker and has been featured in various international magazines and business forums.

Moazam is a Fellow of the Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand and the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). He holds a Bachelor in Applied Accounting and is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
