Workforce Coordinator

Job Dates:
Full Time - 6 Month Fixed Term Contract
map Canberra - Head Office

Key Roles

  • Facilitate end to end recruitment and on boarding process by working closely with relevant Project Managers.
  • Attend to employee enquiries and provide advise in a timely manner.
  • Identify and implement administrative procedures to streamline processes where required.
  • Provide support to Project Managers on any operational issues related to employees.
  • Maintain and utilise a variety of data base and information system.

Essential Skills and Qualification


To be considered for this role you will have:

  • Strong organisational skills, including the ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
  • Highly developed communication (written and oral), presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide a high level of customer service and to effectively manage relationships.
  • Understanding of project management and HR processes and procedures.
  • Proficient use of Microsoft office application and a variety of information system.
