Step up to the challenge!
Steptember is almost upon us and we still have a limited number of free teams available for Aspen Medical team members.
The money raised from Steptember goes to a range of special treatments and services provided by the Cerebral Palsy Alliance such as speech therapy, which is helping children communicate, for in some cases, the very first time.
The challenge is simple - take 10,000 steps per day for 28 days. It is a great way to get moving again after those cold winter months, and it can be achieved in a number of ways such as parking your car a bit further away from work, or even doing your house work. Every step counts, as does every dollar raised for the Cerebral Palsy Alliance.
Registration is easy:
- Gather a team of 4 people
- Nominate a team captain
- Captain to visit the website www.steptember.org.au
- Follow the prompts
- Enter Aspen Medical’s unique code Aspen16 to waive the registration costs
Once the team is set up, team members will receive an email and to register themselves indivdually so they can receive their Welcome Packs.
This week is your last chance to register your team and still ensure you can receive your Welcome Packs which include your pedometer ahead of this great campaign for a great cause.
More information on Steptember can be found on the website www.steptember.org.au and if you have any issues in registration, please contact Gordon Houston or James Coate who will be more than happy to assist.
