Placement Consultant

Remote Area Health Corps (RAHC) is a not for profit subsidiary of Aspen Medical, our Head Office is based in Deakin.  RAHC is funded by the Australian Government Department of Health under The Indigenous Australians’ Health Programme: Stronger Futures Northern Territory to contribute to “address persistent challenges to accessing primary health care services for Aboriginal and Torres Strait people in the Northern Territory”.

We are looking for a Placement Consultant to coordinate and manage RAHCs Oral Health and Ear Health programs.

We are seeking someone with excellent administrative skills, the ability to multi task displaying a high level of organisational skills and attention to detail.  In addition to this we are looking for a team player who is willing to learn and think outside the square.  

This is a full time contract until 30 June 2018.  

Experience, qualifications and documentation required: 

Responsibilities include:

·           Liaising with candidates and clients about placements

·           Provide ongoing candidate and client care

·           Respond to specific client resourcing requirements and supply carefully selected shortlists of suitably skilled candidates

·           Manage the placement offer process by arranging client and candidate employment contracts

·           Conduct preplacement checks

·           Liaise with members of the team regarding travel and logistics

·           Process timesheets
