Description

Rural Locum Assistance Program (Rural LAP) , a wholly-owned subsidiary of Aspen Medical focused on placing healthcare professionals into regional and remote area to support the local workforce, is seeking a Credentialing Coordinator - Administrator to ensure all Rural LAP Health Professionals are appropriately credentialed in accordance with both Aspen Medical and customer requirements.

The key responsibilities for the role include:

  • maintaining highly efficient administrative procedures and processes for recruitment team
  • producing all work with quality and accuracy within acceptable time frames
  • ensuring Rural LAP have appropriately documented credentialing and scope of practice records
  • maintaining a positive relationship with the internal business partners and external clients, suppliers, and potential personnel.

 

Experience, qualifications and documentation required: 
  • demonstrated experience working in health administration
  • proficient in Microsoft Office such as Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • ability to prioritise workload, meet deadlines and manage workflow
  • high degree of attention to detail
  • ability to direct enquiries to appropriate personnel
  • strong skills in technological programs to produce quality documents in different formats
  • develop and maintain a detailed and thorough awareness and knowledge of projects and activities involving Rural LAP and Aspen Medical
  • ability to maintain confidentiality
  • excellent interpersonal skills
  • ability to implement corporate policies and procedures into everyday business activities.
