Remote Area Health Corps (RAHC) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Aspen Medical focused on providing healthcare in remote Indigenous communities in the Northern Territory. RAHC is currently seeking Clinical Coordinators to provide supportive services and assist in the promotion of safe practice to Health Professionals (HPs) undergoing a remote placement.
The key responsibilities of the role include:
- ensuring the effective and efficient management of RAHC clinical support across the Northern Territory and management of the clinical team providing this support
- continuing development and improvement of the quality of clinical services
- maintaining positive relationships with HPs, health services, and stakeholders with the goal of continuous growth of an overall improvement in the organisation
- managing of ongoing professional and career development of HPs including clinical support, education, training and mentoring.
