Description

Remote Area Health Corps (RAHC) is a not for profit subsidiary of Aspen Medical, our Head Office is based in Deakin.  RAHC is funded by the Australian Government Department of Health under The Indigenous Australians' Health Programme: Stronger Futures Northern Territory to contribute to "address persistent challenges to accessing primary health care services for Aboriginal and Torres Strait people in the Northern Territory".

We are looking for an Administration Officer to coordinate and manage administrative functions and employment applications.

We are seeking someone with excellent administrative skills, the ability to multi task displaying a high level of organisational skills and attention to detail.  In addition to this we are looking for a team player who is willing to learn and think outside the square.  

This is a full time contract until 30 June 2018 with the possibility of an extension.

Experience, qualifications and documentation required: 

Responsibilities include:

  • Answering phones and respond to enquires
  • Manage email inboxes
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and faxes
  • Arrange meetings including room bookings
  • Prepare meeting minutes for Team meetings and Board meetings
  • Order stationary
  • Manage and coordinate employment applications
  • Support the Placement Team

Please note that there may be a requirement to use your vehicle to pick up items for the office e.g. morning tea, post office supplies, etc.
